       El Plomo volcano represents the guardian of the mountains in Chilean culture. Maipo Valley is where El Plomo wine is produced. It’s the closest wine region to the capital Santiago and it’s the cradle of Chilean wine. The valley lies between the Andes and the west coast, the ideal climate make it the most famous and most successful wine region in Chile.
      The wine is ruby red, with abundant fruity aromas and smokiness on the nose. On the palate, layers of flavors of red fruits, black fruits and earthy aromas gradually show up with medium acidity and a good finish.

     Stand for a bright quartz in Chilean, the Volcan Tinguiririca Gran Reserva comes from Colchagua Valley and Cachapoal Valley. Colchagua Valley lies in south point of Rapel, only 180 km from Santiago, it’s one of the most famous wine region in Chile

    The wine is deep ruby with a lot of red fruit flavors on the nose and a hint of smokiness. On the palate, the fruitiness is well accompanied by black spice flavors and abundant elegant tannins, creating a full mouth feel and long finish. It’s a good wine to drink with grilled red meat and cheese.

     Peteroa, the burning tree, comes from Curico Valley and Maule Valley. Curico Valley is the second largest wine-producing region in Chile, about 220km south from Santiago. Maule Valley is about 250km south from Santiago, it’s the biggest and one of the oldest wine region in Chile. The Maule Valley has been long forgotten, but recently, its potential has been rediscovered and attracts a lot of wine lovers.
     The wine is deep ruby with a lot of red fruit and black fruit aromas, spicy notes and strong tannins. An ideal daily drink for grilled dish and cheese.

Central Valley is the most important wine-producing region in Chile: almost 90% of Chilean wine export comes from this region. Central valley is home to many native grape varieties, but the dominant varieties here are international varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.
     Navados de Chillan Carmenere is a deep ruby wine with distinctive herbaceous aromas from the variety and vanilla character from oak. The wine is well-balanced, with medium acidity and soft tannins and pleasant finish. A good pairing of red meat dishes or grilled fish.
